2A Center of Paragon City
For a Brighter, More Humane Urban Future
Urban Interaction Forum
A Global Platform for Urban Excellence and Exchange
The 2A Center of Paragon City serves as an international hub for recognizing, celebrating, and advancing cities that embody innovation, sustainability, inclusivity, and human-centered development.
Through the Urban Interaction Forum, cities from around the world are categorized, studied, and presented as models of excellence demonstrating the diverse ways in which urban environments can enhance human life.
Important Note
To register and present a city within the 2A Center of Paragon City as a member, this membership is a mandatory prerequisite before proceeding with the city registration process.
Once confirmed, applicants may complete their registration and fully participate in the Urban Interaction Forum.
Goals of the Paragon City Urban Interaction Forum
- To showcase and define the unique characteristics of cities, establishing distinctive urban identities recognized as Paragon Cities.
- To categorize, document, and publish cities as global references for innovation, sustainability, and civic excellence.
- To create a collaborative environment where urban professionals, city managers, scholars, and citizens can exchange insights and experiences on contemporary urban challenges—from sustainability and mobility to culture, governance, and security.
The Forum acts as a dynamic global initiative for knowledge-sharing among urban leaders, architects, municipal organizations, and academics — advancing the vision of balanced, peaceful, compassionate, and progressive urban living.
Showcasing Distinguished Cities Worldwide
Cities are evaluated based on criteria established by the 2A Center of Paragon City.
Each year, a Global Prominent List of Paragon Cities is compiled and presented, recognizing cities that represent innovation, progress, and visionary urban values.
Submission Guidelines
Note 1: Research and case studies may focus on varying urban scales, from neighborhoods and districts to entire metropolitan regions.
Note 2: Each submission is assessed using a structured evaluation framework with defined qualities and coefficients. Final scores determine a city’s eligibility for designation as a Paragon City.
Note 3: Approved cities will be added to the Prominent List and formally recognized as members of the Urban Interaction Forum. Their representatives will receive an Official Certificate of Recognition and the Paragon City Symbolic Sign (City Memorial Board).
Note 4: Awarded cities are honored annually during the Paragon City Ceremony and featured across 2A Magazine, the official website, and global media outlets.
Note 5: A monumental version of the Paragon City Symbolic Sign may be installed in a key urban location within the recognized city, serving as a lasting emblem of its distinction.
